Are you a creative and dynamic individual with a passion for sales and customer service? We're looking for a Sales Assistant to be a key player in our growing team! ROLE
Responsibilities:
The Sales Assistant will initiate new sales opportunities through outbound calls, scheduling appointments, following up with clients, and maintaining accurate records in the database.
Assist with order processing, tracking, and fulfillment - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
Additionally, they will offer administrative, sales, and email marketing assistance.
You will be asked to go into the office occasionally to fulfill sample orders.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Customer service:
1-2 years.
Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, appointment setting, and customer service essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite required.
Strong communication skills (verbal & written) are essential.
