- Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with inquiries or concerns - Making outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve issues - Providing product information and assistance with booking appointment - Performing data entry tasks accurately and efficiently - Upselling products and services to maximize sales opportunities - Resolving customer complaints or escalating issues as needed - Analyzing customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions Skills To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
