Responsibilities:
Manage office operations during weekends, ensuring smooth workflow and addressing any administrative needs Handle inquiries from students, parents, and staff, providing excellent customer service Assist in organizing and coordinating events, meetings, and appointments Maintain and organize office records, documents, and files Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, such as managing petty cash and expense tracking Collaborate with the team to support various administrative tasks and projects How to Apply:
