CIMC GS Logistics Inc.
is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Ocean Export/Import Operations Specialist to join our team in Walnut, CA.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all necessary documentation for ocean export/import activities, creating cargo pick up/transfer orders, coordinating with carriers and co-load agents, and communicating with export/import-related authorities, customers, and suppliers.
The specialist will also be responsible for arranging shipment delivery, updating customers/agents of shipment status, and main taining customer files.
Providing customer service support with a professional and pleasant manner is also an important part of this role.
Job Requirements:
-High School Diploma or GED required; a 4-year degree from college or university is preferred.
-Effective communication skills, including writing, speaking, and interpersonal communication.
-Bilingual in both English and Mandarin.
-Must have an authorized work permit in the US.
