Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly, customer-oriented server/host/expeditor to join our team.
The successful candidate will have experience in the food service industry and be able to provide guests with a welcoming and comfortable dining experience.
As a server at Native Fields, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive prompt, attentive service and that their dining experience is exceptional.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers as they arrive and show them to their table Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about the restaurant's offerings Take customer orders and ensure that they are entered accurately into the POS system Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely and efficient manner Ensure that all customers are satisfied with their meal and address any concerns or complaints Work with the kitchen staff to ensure that all orders are prepared to the customer's specifications Clear tables and ensure that they are ready for the next customer Process payments and ensure that all transactions are handled accurately Maintain a clean and organized dining area Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Proven work experience as a server in a restaurant Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods If you are interested in joining our team and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, please submit your resume and a cover letter.
