This role is for an Account Associate focusing principally on a portfolio of multi-family residential properties comprising approximately 50 units located largely in the San Gabriel Valley and Inland Empire.
Duties will also include Front Desk Clerk responsibilities and other office duties.
Applicant will work with the property owners and property managers to review tenant applications and fill in lease paperwork, enter rents and invoices into Yardi software, work with other employees to prepare reports and invoices, answer phone calls, and at times communicate directly with tenants.
Applicant must be an excellent communicator with a commitment to client satisfaction.
This role involves duties such as:
General bookkeeping and accounting functions Clerical activities such as preparing reports, invoices, and managing client accounts Administrative, accounting, and bookkeeping functions Filing and answering telephones Providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service Required skills include:
Excellent arithmetic and numerical skills Ability to handle confidential information Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Tools Outstanding ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills Communicate well both verbally and in writing Required
Experience:
2 years' experience as an account associate or customer service representative, with bookkeeping or order management software experience, or a Degree or Certificate in business, accounting, finance, or mathematics.
Experience in property management setting a bonus.
Spanish conversational skills also highly beneficial.
