Responsibilities:
? Provide customer service to customers assisting with product ordering, and customer inquiries ? Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries ? Provide pricing and delivery information ? Receive customers unresolved issue and forward to the respective department ? Keeping detail records of inquiries, complaints, comments and feedback for resolution ? Daily staff reconciliation including payment received ? Assist with marketing events locally ? Other duties as assigned Non-Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
