He or she would have the ability to create and grow social media communities and to perform a high number of social media engagements (posting, commenting, replying to DMs) per hour.
Job Duties Overview Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.
Actively moderate social media channels to meet company objectives.
Work with creative team to routinely create and post on various social media channels.
Active monitoring and data collection relating to user feedback and trends.
Create, grow, and manage new social media communities such as Facebook Groups, SubReddits, and Discord Channels.
Requirements Must have a expert understanding of social media platforms including admin controls such as Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Reddit, etc.
Proven experience in creating and growing social media communities including Facebook groups, subreddits, discord channels etc.
Must be able to perform a high number of social media engagements (posting, commenting, replying to DMs) per hour Must have excellent communication skills in written and verbal English.
Photoshop or video editing skills are a plus.
Be highly organized and dependable; able to multitask, keep clean logs, work quickly and juggle multiple projects with varying deadlines.
Be a self-starter and able to work independently in a less-structured environment.
