com is our website; Nutricelebrity is our private label brands, as we grow, especially for our private label, we want to expand our brand into B2B markets, from small retailers to chains, from distributors to large online sellers, from domestic to international channels.
We need you to help us achieve our goals in 2023.
Job Description:
The Sales Representative is responsible for executing activities to support strategic channels.
This role includes but is not limited to generating sales leads, promoting products, and completing sales transactions, but also to expand the brand into more channels, engaging in trade shows, etc.
Responsible for driving revenue across defined territory by building new accounts.
Utilize CRM for pre-call planning and post-call notes for effective territory management.
Continue to develop an approach for the promotion of whole-food nutritional supplements within the US market.
Use your own thorough knowledge of trends and key factors in the health and wellness industry to identify relevant business opportunities.
Work closely with new accounts to generate sales from opening accounts to closing sales, as well as sales related issues with customers.
Provide feedback to sales operations and marketing to develop training and educational tools for Nutricelebrity brand.
Conduct educational programs for Nutricelebrity and distributor sales representatives through in-person and virtual lunch and learning stages.
Leverage relationships to grow Nutricelebrity sales channels.
Travel to regional or national tradeshows and conferences to represent Nutricelebrity brand.
Report directly to the director and CEO.
Work with teammates to share the best strategy and maximize opportunities.
WHO YOU ARE:
You have at least 3-5 years of outside sales success in sales and territory development, preferably in the practitioner channel, representing natural or complementary/alternative products (health and wellness, supplements, pharmaceuticals) You are able to analyze sales and demographic data in order to further your sales goals.
Experience reporting and presenting on sales data and activities.
Process knowledge of wholesale distribution channels and operation.
You have used a CRM, preferably Salesforce.
com.
Hard working and self-motivated.
WHAT YOU KNOW:
You have a thorough understanding of sales and marketing principles and cutting-edge sales tactics and best practices.
Good understanding of nutrition basics Ability to drive sales to a conclusion through persistence and follow-through.
