Store Sales Staff JOB TYPE:
Non-Exempt Part-Time or Full-Time (Min.
24 hours/week) WORKING HOURS:
Must work Saturday or Sunday 3-5 days per week DUTIES AND TASKS:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner - Provide product information and recommendations to customers - Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise - Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Meet or exceed sales goals and targets - Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism - Search for inventories using online platforms - Long hours of standing required - Self-learner & multitasker - Assist store managers - Report directly to managers - Work closely with all staff - Other duties and tasks will be given by managers REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficient golf equipment, golf related terms, golf news, and all other related golf knowledge - Golf
Experience:
minimum 3 years (MUST) - Retail Sales:
minimum 1 year (Required) - English:
proficient verbal communication (MUST) - Mandarin:
proficient verbal communication (MUST) OR - Korean:
proficient verbal communication (MUST) COMPANY
